It sounds like a question with one answer, and it has about six. It also sounds like something your computer could answer for you, and it cannot.
I asked this laptop, four keyboards at once, and every single one came back with the same wrong description. So the counting is yours to do.
The good news is that one key on your own keyboard tells you which layout you have, and from there the number is fixed.
What Windows reports, which is not the answer
Ours, and it is the reason this page needs to exist. Windows lists four keyboards on this machine and calls every one of them "Enhanced (101- or 102-key)." That is the same description for all four.
It reports 12 function keys for each, whatever the hardware actually is. That description is a class, not a count. It comes from an IBM design of the 1980s and Windows still hands it out as a default.
So do not ask your computer. Windows will tell you which keys are working, which is a different and more useful question.
The two full-size answers, and the one key that decides
This is the whole thing in two numbers. Look at your Enter key now. Logitech describes the ANSI one as a "Horizontal rectangle" and the ISO one as a "Tall, L-shaped key."
A wide flat Enter means 104. A tall Enter that wraps down a line means 105.
Documented by Logitech on its layout comparison: a full-size ANSI keyboard has 104 keys, and a full-size ISO keyboard has 105.
The extra key on ISO is not Enter itself. ISO also has "the Alt Gr key, unlike ANSI," which Logitech says gives access to accents and special punctuation.
So which layout do you probably have?
Geography decides this more than anything else. Logitech names ANSI as standard in the "US, Canada," parts of Asia, and "Australia and New Zealand."
ISO is the European layout, and much of Latin America uses a Spanish layout in the same ISO family. The laptop in your bag follows its selling region, which is why an imported machine feels wrong to type on.
The layout is physical. Changing the language in Windows does not move a key. That is a settings change and the two get confused constantly.
The smaller sizes, and what each one drops
Everything below full-size is defined by what has been taken off yours. Tenkeyless is 87 keys, and Logitech's wording is that they "have 87 keys compared to 104 keys on a full-size keyboard."
The missing block is the number pad. Logitech is exact: "The 17 missing keys are what make up the numpad." Tenkeyless is also called 80%, and that is where the percentage naming you see in shops starts.
A 60% board drops the function row, the arrow keys and the number pad, which is why they suit gaming better than spreadsheets.
Why does your laptop match none of these numbers?
Laptops are their own thing, and that trips people up. A laptop keyboard is not a size category. Makers fit what the chassis allows, so counts vary by model.
A 15 inch or larger laptop often has a number pad, which brings it near full-size without matching it. A 13 inch laptop usually has no number pad and squeezes the arrow keys into a half-height row.
Counting your own is the only reliable answer for a laptop. There is no standard to look it up against.
The keys that are there and never counted
Because the totals hide some of them. Function keys are twelve on most boards, and that is what Windows reported here for every keyboard it listed.
Media keys printed on your function row are not extra keys. They share, through the Fn key. I would not count them. Fn itself is a real key and is usually counted. The media symbols on top of F1 to F12 are not.
A Windows key, a menu key and two of most modifiers make up more of the total than people expect.
When the count actually matters
Three real reasons, and only three. Buying a replacement keycap set: ANSI and ISO sets are not interchangeable, and the Enter key is why.
Buying a keyboard from another country. A 104 key board in a 105 key country puts the wrong symbols in your hands. Or fitting a desk or a bag, where tenkeyless is roughly 17 keys and a hand's width smaller than full-size.
For anything else it does not matter at all. A key that has stopped working is a much more useful thing to look into. That sorts by what yours is doing.

Once the layout question is settled, the lighting has its own split and Windows may already be able to drive it.
Look at your Enter key before anything else, because it answers the question by itself.
If you are buying keycaps, confirm ANSI or ISO before you order, since the sets do not swap.
If you are buying a keyboard from abroad, check which layout the country uses rather than the brand.
And if the real question is that a key has stopped working, count nothing and go and test that instead.
