The Rotation menu is gone from Displays on your Mac? A DisplayLink hub moves it into DisplayLink Manager, the built-in screen hides it behind Option, and mirroring removes it.
Your Mac keeps showing Background Items Added for Google Updater or an app you deleted? Find the helper with the info button or sfltool dumpbtm, clear leftovers, then reset.

Messages on your Mac says An unknown error occurred when you sign in? Sign out of Messages, FaceTime, Music and the App Store, restart twice, or sign in through FaceTime first.
Your Mac shows the wrong time zone and Closest City lists only the wrong places? Turn off the automatic setting, type a big city in your zone and press Return.
People say you sound far away on calls from your Mac? Test the mic with a fingertip, quit Safari after Google Meet, clear old Microphone entries and restart coreaudiod.
